Course Overview

The course prepares teachers for Secondary /Sr. Secondary ie TGTs and PGTs school level. The teachers are trained to adjust to different kinds of environment and are inculcated with self- learning skills so as to teach others effectively.

To endow the teachers with various instructional strategies for effective teaching- learning transaction.
To train the teachers to act as a liaison between school and community.
To adjust to the demands changing role of school in present circumstances.
To equip the teachers with sufficient guidance and counselling skills.
To demand technological skills among the teachers to use the latest technology for teaching-learning.
To build up leadership skills among the teachers for effective school management.
To develop skills for organizing various kinds of co-curricular activities in the school.
